The Special Olympics Polar Plunge
Grab your friends and get your costumes! On Saturday, March 14 at 1:00 p.m. at Cheyenne Mountain Resort (3225 Broadmoor Valley Rd., Colorado Springs), it’s time to get #FreezinforaReason for Special Olympics Colorado. The Special Olympics Polar Plunge is a signature event that motivates communities statewide to take a quick, fun, chilly dip to raise funds and awareness for the mission and athletes of Special Olympics.
Don’t fret the cold. Plunging with friends makes it so much fun. Strut or run into chilly waters, enjoy the pre-party and post-party all while knowing you are freezin’ for a reason! Anyone is welcome to watch for free.
